class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Thank you for choosing to see me for your outpatient appointment.<br \/>Following your consultation you may need certain tests (for example, blood tests or imaging such as an X-ray, MRI or CT scan) to help me diagnose your condition. If the test is undertaken by the clinic or hospital, and not by me, the fees for those tests will be determined by the clinic or hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately.<br \/>If there are any fees which I will charge in relation to any of the tests,I will let you know what those will be.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f7916b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f7916b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-642cb0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"642cb0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment or procedure without charge. For appointments on a Monday, we must receive notification before 11am on the preceding Thursday.
